Searching for mods (looking for mods for Tribes of the East).

I'm looking for a mod that provides infinite (or nearly infinite) charges for the first aid tent. Or, alternatively, instructions on how to create such a mod. I seem to have forgotten how to make mods. I'm also looking for a RageButton mod for a 1366x768 monitor.
