AllCampaignsRemastered - Updated mod for all Campaigns

For the first two battles against Markel, it's worth using a well-developed hero from the campaign; for the third battle against Faydaen, there's a different preset, level 30, with its own skills. By the way, artifacts don't transfer to Markel; they've added a couple of artifacts there.
