Yesterday you fight tentacles, today you drink with your comrades, and tomorrow, who knows... Human destiny is just a fancy word for a frail little boat called "life." Everyone decides, or has it decided for them, where to steer this boat, but ultimately, no matter where you go, you'll eventually hit a critical snag and end up in the bottomless abyss. But even though this path leads everyone to the same place, each person's journey is unique, and that's something no one can take away. Think about it: many of our life choices were imposed on us by others without our consent, or by our own short-sighted desires. However, in the end, without the fortunate confluence of these events, we would never have gathered here like this today. Only the present, what we are given as a reward, truly matters, and that's what we should live for.
