Haven doesn't have anything like that at all, and double casting can only be done against the computer; otherwise, you'll be considered a cheater, a bug abuser, and worst of all, a noob, and you might get a "nickname" if you do it against people, and you might even be disqualified from a tournament if I'm not mistaken....
