There are definitely Wizards 6, even with a "primitive method" (as Dirty_Player put it).

I'll prove to you later, even more simply, that they are indeed level 5, but for now, in the Cove of Chaos, there are 9 monsters guarding it, which corresponds to level 5 creatures. I'll find a picture of the Conflux - neutral town (Vogue Options) right now! Here it is, and this is with the Sorceresses being unupgraded Wizards in Vogue!!!!

Level 2 - Boar Riders - Nomads
Level 3 - Air Elementals - Fire Elementals (naturally weakened to Golems)
Level 4 - Werewolves - Trolls
Level 5 - Sorceresses - Wizards
Level 6 - Fire Elementals - Horrors
Level 7 - Hydras - Rust Dragon (Rust is just a heavily reduced version: 300 HP, 30 attack/defense, 50 damage - basically, only the HP was reduced, but they also don't have 3 forms anymore:(, and I don't remember if it's 50 damage or 30-50=))
