I heard that Robin isn't just one person like Batman, but several people taking turns.

Dick Grayson, Jason Todd, Tim Drake, Damian Wayne – and these are just the official ones; in all the alternative storylines, almost everyone has been Robin, it seems like even the Joker was one at some point.

Apparently, this Lantern is the same.

It's worse. Because the Robins were replaced sequentially, but all the Lanterns exist simultaneously. I remember there was even a scene in Young Justice where they were accepting new members into the Justice League:
"An application from Green Lantern? We already have two, why do we need a third?"

P.S. Oh, DCpedia says that Stephanie is indeed a canonical Robin, but I don't really consider her one.

Stephanie Brown, also known as Spoiler and eventually Batgirl was briefly the fourth and only female Robin, although she was fired for disobeying orders.
