For me, the humor and meaning lie not in the man's antics, but in how other people react to him.

it would have been easier to send some kind of prank (harmless). I've seen a couple of them before, and some were quite funny.

the point of the review isn't the game itself, but rather copying/parodying YouTubers from the 2000s, although it's questionable whether she even saw them, considering her age. She has more "shaky" videos on her channel (in terms of picture quality, primarily), some in the same style, some not. But, in my opinion, they fit well into the "funny" category.
ps and she has a cool apartment
