Are new spells needed for the 4 schools of magic?

Right now, we're seeing a magical imbalance. Dungeon and Chaos have three spells of level 5, while the others have only two.
And regarding new spells, that would be great, and I would also be very happy if spells from levels 2, 4, and 3 were added. And it would be good to make the number of spells per level the same (and increase the number).
