Well, I think the Necropolis upgrade is a 4 out of 10:
1. Bone Archers + (I think they are more useful for attacking)
2. Rotting Zombies + (I don't know, some people might prefer Plague Zombies for different strategies)
3. Spirits
4. Greater Vampires (they had to come up with Vampire Princes, IMO, "not very good")
5. Greater Liches (I really like them, they are very useful for attacking cities and spending mana)
6. Death Knights (Banshees, in my opinion, are not worth it; their scream has a range of 3 cells and doesn't take away much health; IMO, Death Knights are better)
7. Phantom Dragons or Astral Dragons (Let them kick me, but looking at their characteristics and abilities, there is a difference, but in battle, they are the same)

P.S. The appearance of the upgrade disappointed me. For example, regular vampires, IMO, look better than Vampire Princes, and in general, there were so many discussions and votes against the pink color for Necromancers, and they still added pink, not everywhere, but for example, for Banshees and skeletons.:smile16:
