He drew everything the same way even before AI. Before AI, there were pre-made brushes for hands, feet, figures, and anything else. The base could be drawn in a couple of clicks. Now, he probably trained the AI on his own artwork and doesn't worry about it. I would do the same. A good AI from such an artist is better than what random people generate.
