Is it possible to build new structures in a town?

Hmm, I know they exist; I mentioned griffins – “move them to a higher level”... and instead of them, come up with others – it seems easier to do this on level 4 than on level 7....

P.S. In Troy: Total War, there are creatures – giant monsters, and the Griffin is one of them... so it could definitely be considered a "superman"....
