Searching for mods (looking for mods for Tribes of the East).

Does anyone have a working link or the mod itself for rebuilding captured towns? Yes, such a function still exists in the global mod for Heroes 5.5, but I don't like the balance there, so I don't want to download the entire mod just for one function. I definitely saw such a mod on one foreign website with mods for Heroes 5, but all the links there are broken, and you can't download anything.
