Someone on a Chinese website, a user from 4chan, found a picture of all the neutral creatures.

The gray monkey-like creature is a Groll, and there are also a ghoul, and surprisingly, a fairy and a unicorn (maybe Fortress will be added after all? Only one or two units are missing, and the golden dragon was visible in the first screenshots).
