I immediately checked all the factions at the beginning of the faction selection and read about their specialties (and also looked at the heroes). I think most people do that, so there are almost no problems with it. The problem is that the description of this ability doesn't mention resurrection. It says that when an ally dies, others receive a bonus to their health. So, you really have to think about it.
I didn't immediately understand Schism. And in general, I have the impression that Necropolis has the coolest ability.
