Daedric Prince Hermaeus Mora and the DLC with Miraak, which is connected to this prince. In the original game, Hermaeus gave only one quest, but in the DLC, you get to explore his realm and fight his servants. And there you find a strong Lovecraftian world.

The fact that this octopus resembles someone from Lovecraft doesn't mean that it's a Lovecraftian world... there are many things that resemble other things...

by the way, these journeys through "Mora's libraries" are one of the most boring adventures in Skyrim.
