I was taking a hero out on a mammoth, and for some unknown reason, his arms and cloak were glitching out. That's why I decided to make a different model.

I wanted to make unique heads for all the heroes, but I don't like the model; it's too mobile, and new shoulder pads either go into the head if attached too high or have a border, or they pass through the shoulders if placed low. And without a head, even ordinary models from Heroes of Might and Magic III seem to be placed too high, so everything fell apart – I rejected the model, but I decided to upload what I have into the game; I don't have anything better.

And also, if you remove the dwarf's hair, you can see that the cloak is attached crookedly. In general, it's all a disappointment. I even decided to try playing Songs of Conquest.
