Which combined artifact is the best?

And what if scrolls and Armageddon's Blade are disabled in the map settings, and you won't be able to get this spell at all?

Excuse me, where did you see forbidden artifacts and spells in Heroes 3, except in the editor? And who will let you mess around with that in a tournament? :) :)

If I have a lot of mana, Castle, Armageddon spell, and expert in fire magic, then there is simply no equal in power!!! (I must note that these are builds, and Armageddon's Blade is not a build!!!! but it is undoubtedly the best artifact in the world of Heroes =)) In general, I voted for the Alliance because I like Prayer, and morality doesn't decrease from worldviews, except for the undead, and there's also +21 to primary stats, while Power only gives 17. The Cloak is great, but if you're not a Necromancer and don't have the Zombie enchantment, it's useless, except for lowering morale. And if you take all the slots for artifacts on the hero, you can wear several: Elixir, and then it's up to you: Alliance, Cursed Armor, Thunder. P.S. Armageddon's Blade is the best artifact in Heroes 3 and WOG!!!!! Small and useful!
