Which Hero from Heroes of Might and Magic III is the best?

I think here we're talking not about Xeron from Inferno, but about Xeron, the demon lord from the campaign. I don't remember his ability... although maybe it's the same one)))

Xeron is a campaign hero with the DEVILS special ability; Xeron is from Inferno. Xeron has strength, but I don't see anything outstanding in the Inferno special ability! I think it's pointless to evaluate legendary heroes in Heroes 3, so it's a draw. If we're talking about heroes from the campaign, then the Dragon from the Wizard faction is a super unit!!!!
P.S.: if we're talking about WoG, then Xeron and Kilgor, because they increase the primary bonuses for Behemoths and Devils, and that's important:cool:
