Friends, I have a question about the "City Portal." I reached level 27 and researched the 3rd skill in the Summoning branch, but when I entered the city, I still didn't receive the spell. I went to another city, and the same thing happened. Is this a bug in the mod, or is something else going on? I was playing on a random map. Has anyone else encountered this problem, and can you help?
