Modding

I've never encountered this before. Is this a 2D texture from the interface?

I had a similar problem with the attack bar, when I increased the texture size, and now I have the same problem with the texture for the rider's weapon; it has also become larger, but the strange thing is that when I look at it in another mod, it's compressed, and the texture size is large, but it doesn't work that way for me.
