If Erika were here, we could easily defeat them with magic. In general, the idea of simply reaching the entrance and leaving some weak units to die now seems more appealing. We can bombard the entire map, so it seems unlikely that they will be able to finish cleaning up in 10 turns. Unless they spend all their turns on curves, but I think they'll run out of mana before that.
