For now, the idea is to position Ghenza, Shram, Gonor, Ilka, James, Skraims, Kamik, and the old man on the upper green line, with Ilka and Kamik in the center to bait more enemies.
On the second line (so that the long-range snipers can't reach them), place Kamistella, Ferrus, Atim, Ki, and Erish. Since there are five of them, they can be arranged in a cross formation, and the assassins won't be able to reach the center. Most likely, Kamistella should be placed in the center.
I don't see a reason to use "Suppression of Meaning." Ki kills two nearby snipers. If Kamik successfully taunts, Kamistella casts Fortification or Barrier on him. If not, cast Haste on Shram or Gonor. The melee units run forward and attack; the main thing is to spread out on the second turn to avoid the bombardment. Ferrus and Atim finish off the closest enemies.
Can Green take two katanas? Let him take them if he can; that's +15 damage from each hand.
