Modding

Dear modders, I have a question for you.

I am currently actively developing a mod to replace the Mountain People, and as part of this, I am adding new heroes for each faction. After studying several mods that add heroes, I tried to add my own. However, the hero is not in the list of available heroes, although the Any.xdb and the xdb file responsible for the faction's hero pool contain the information. If anyone has dealt with something similar, please help.
