Modding

Fellow modders, I have a question for you. I am currently actively developing a mod to replace the Mountain People and, along with that, adding new heroes for each faction. After studying several mods that add heroes, I tried to add my own. However, the hero is not in the list of available heroes, although it is specified in Any.xdb and the xdb file responsible for the faction's hero pool. If anyone has dealt with something similar, please help.
