Searching for mods (looking for mods for Tribes of the East).

Hello, I need help finding a mod for a tactical interface. I saw a streamer using a mod for the ATB scale, and I really liked its minimalism and convenience. I'm attaching screenshots; maybe someone knows what it is. According to the streamer, it's available on popular Discord servers, but I couldn't find it there.

Distinctive features of the mod: there are 2 large scroll buttons above the ATB scale, and the scale itself is increased from 10 to 17 cells. The interface for the side buttons is the same as in the original.
