Then everything is very simple!
Starting hero Damacon (+350 gold)
1. Buy Shakti with the maximum army.
2. Any other hero with a large stack of troglodytes.
At the end of each week, dismiss Shakti to buy a new one, plus another hero with troglodytes.

That's where the catch lies... The question is about the maximum... The maximum is known for each of the heroes. Only two come with a full complement, and then you can hire more heroes, each of whom will have 1 troglodyte at the start... As long as there is enough money, you can hire up to four heroes daily, i.e., the addition to the pension will be +4 troglodytes per day, which will give a total of another 60 units at the finish - and that's not a small number!

It would be better to create a map and upload a starting save - and that would be a tournament to collect troglodytes in two weeks! And then we could count the results... :D
