If I remember correctly, Nebok used to be signed up on the forum as Tieru. According to the lore of the fifth Heroes game, Tieru is an elf, and everyone, including dark elves and demons, falls for him. So, everything adds up, and Nebok simply changed his name to cover his tracks and mislead us all.
