I've only had a good working relationship with one decent developer from the CIS region in real life; the rest are some kind of quintessence of Indian curry-loving coders, overly tolerant and agenda-driven writers of procedures, and recent chat-room participants with inflated egos and demands for triple salaries and endless remote work, simply for the fact of their divine existence.
