Bockor Cuvee des Jacobins
It's quite sour, very berry-like, a little watery, it's listed as brown, but it's much more like red. There's only a slight herbal bitterness on the finish; it would be sad without it.
6+/10, objectively good, but not for me.

Delirium Nocturnum
Next time, if I'm asked what beer I prefer, I'll answer – Delirium Nocturnum.
Impressive aroma. Slightly sour, with dried fruits, flowers, caramel sweetness, and the freshness of a time when the world was young, and beer was real.
Very malty, very rich, with a slight bitterness on the palate, the whole aroma of fields, slightly seasoned with notes of coffee and cigar tobacco.
Truly, a pink elephant among the grayness of today's beer. I was already thinking that I had lost my taste buds among the stench of death and constant smoking, but no. It's just that there aren't that many decent drinks anymore.

Westmalle Dubbel
Just a good dark ale, strong, bitter, and very dense. Not too coffee-roasted, not too hoppy, the kind of beer to eat meat with.

I thought you preferred something stronger... Well, thanks for the recommendation, maybe I'll be able to use it in about five years.
