Discussion of the "HeroesWorld vs Heroes.by" tournament.

Questions regarding the ХВ rules
-there is no point stating "it is forbidden to view the map and open saves before the end of the game". (does this mean it's allowed???) (I know this isn't prohibited in your online games)
-nothing is mentioned about scrolls. Does that mean if I find a DD, I can build a 3rd outpost in my swamp and jump? Can I collect everything for free using flight?

and a rhetorical question. If SoD is so good, why are there so many strange prohibitions??? (for example, you can't level up an ENTIRE CLASS of heroes. These rules of yours were written by Papik 3 years ago for m-s. maybe you could actually think them through more?)
