I wasn't talking about just blindly attacking pets. I said that when fighting a human player, even if I do attack their creatures, I won't finish them off completely, and I'll also weaken their pets so they don't resurrect too much. When playing against neutral creatures, you can put your own creatures in front, and they won't even bother attacking your pets.
