Effect of a single artifact: +6 to Knowledge, +6 to Spell Power, +1 round to the duration of time-based effects, or the ability to see all details about neutral armies near the hero. Varies for each artifact.
Set of 2: Grants a large bonus to maximum mana.
Set of 4: All spells in the spellbook have the maximum level.
