What is your favorite Tier 2 monster from Heroes of Might and Magic V?

I disagree! Damage, initiative, and retaliation are all good, but being able to take down a Fury with a spell or just a lucky hit seems a bit too easy. And the agility of the Alt warrior dancers provides a huge advantage, because the Furies only have 3 defense, while they already have 6 without agility.
