Can Erika also finish the military course and learn available skills?

In general, the plan was as follows:
On the 16th, we study the Tome of Earth and go to the capital (on horseback), but now not through Faris, but along the route Enlil-Sugar-Sizki.
On the 17th, we arrive in Enlil at night, get some sleep, and around 11:00 AM, we go to Shinli's store. We buy a comfortable saddle and loose-fitting clothes (it will be useful in life :D), after which we run into Charu, are horrified by the prices we see, and at 1:00 PM, we go to Sugar.
We arrive there at 6:00 PM (the saddle came in handy), run into "Calcite Delights," buy Sarian furniture, a Magic Talwar, and a Calcite Language Textbook (we learn it later - it will be useful). By 8:00 PM, we arrive at the administration for the night.
On the 18th, at 7:00 AM, we go to the capital. We arrive there at 12:00 PM and go to "Cherry." We buy both issues of the newspaper, learn about the "Code-Friendship" promotion, and with horror, notice that there are only 2 days left. We rush to Kuromod (as we know, Erika visited all the shops and Temples during her first visit to the capital and therefore knows where everything is).
In Kuromod (if the promotion is successful, of course), we learn the skills Wagoner, Traveler, and Combat Art (Talwar), and also buy a potion of bull strength. We save approximately 215 rems. Then we go to Favorable Wind and buy Scholar's Goggles.

After that, we finish learning military skills at the university.
