RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.

Well, Tier 5 and 7, I imagined them like this.
Tier 6, in my opinion, doesn't really suit the Chaos Dwarfs (that's just my opinion).

Well, it all depends on your point of view. For example, I think that in the Chaos faction, mortals are just cannon fodder. Dwarfs, of course, pretend that everything is fine – they are useful fighters, but the wizards only need demons. Even apprentices are not needed, because they are competitors.

And, of course, wizards should think that demonic armor is better than dwarven armor, so dwarves don't participate in the creation of high-level monsters.
