Sacred Haven of Debauchery

I remember in Morrowind, I installed a mod for a simple house in Balmora, just so I had a base where I could store loot. And in the Oblivion remake, I'm currently struggling without a house, although I've already joined the Mages Guild and the Fighters Guild, found Frostcrag, and the vampire lair.
