For me, gaming clubs were more of a social gathering place. Although some people played solo, we usually gathered in groups because our computers were weaker than those in the clubs (some people didn't even have one). It was also cheaper and possibly more convenient to go at night. I didn't usually go, considering my age, and who would pay for me constantly, haha. But I did go a few times, even to different clubs. There were two main advantages: 1 - online games, 2 - new games. With the start of each "shift," almost everyone would play Counter-Strike, playing for about 3 hours, then they would split up to play other games or watch movies, and towards the end of the "shift," they would play Counter-Strike again. Then, the internet and MMOs appeared, which merged into one big and only advantage. Author
some kind of ugly game. Even after years, it's a bit embarrassing.
