Heroes 5 Armageddon’s Blade

Hello, I've encountered a clear problem. I have a clean version of 3.1 installed, and I took the mod link from Boosty. However, following the instructions in the archive, I can't get the game to launch through the H5_Game_Pest application. All files are intact, and the game is installed correctly. I've been struggling for two hours and can't figure out why it won't launch. Please help...

Update: Perhaps I didn't fully understand the "duplicate" part. Does this mean completely copying the root folder and then moving the folders from the archive into it? I thought I just needed to replace the root folders...
