Something like "the glass is half full, not half empty." They might as well start including Buddhist quotes...

As far as I know, the word "glass" can be translated as "glass" (drinking vessel). If we assume there's some kind of pun here, then "tranquille" is probably similar in sound to "tequila" (an alcoholic drink made from some kind of cactus).
