In Play-offs the previously added 2 templates will be excluded, and a new similar vote will be held among those who reached the play-offs: two templates will be added.
Template Selection.
First, they are crossed out alternately using standard crossing (the first person to cross is determined by a coin toss). Each player thus crosses out two templates. Of the remaining two: if players agree to play one specific template - that one is played; if they disagree - the template is determined by a coin toss.
By agreement, players have the right to play on another template, coordinated with the tournament judge. It is permitted to change any timer values downwards by mutual consent.
Standard bidding for city/color and reroll for 500 for templates where they are provided.
Restarts — 112 (two days of restarts), on mirrored templates — 111.
Do not forget to observe the principles of gentlemanly and fair play.
Attention! All single-hero templates and Arcade are banned for the Main Tournament. A separate side-tournament "One Love" is held for single-hero maps.
The prize pool consists of player buy-ins, sponsor contributions and donations (minus aggregator commissions) plus all unspent organizational funds after the end of the event.

Map Description
2 players — Red and Blue.
Each player starts with a single hero on a boat with zero experience and an empty spellbook.
Starting army — 1 peasant. Siege engines - Ammo Wagon, Ballista, First Aid Tent.
Starting resources — at zeros (starting Event resets all resources, so it makes sense to take only an artifact as a starting bonus).
Then, two cells to the right for Red and one cell to the left for Blue — Event adds 10 of each resource and 99999 gold.
After this, each player has the following objects (names from the current Russian version of HotA).
10 Refugee Camps.
Skeleton Converter.
6 Warrior Tombs.
6 Shipwreck Survivors.
One-time Event for +3 morale (after Tombs and Survivors).
Pass Guardian 1 — bring 6 Water Elementals. Behind Pass Guardian — Sea Path Necklace.
Pass Guardian 2 — bring 6 Ice Elementals. Behind Pass Guardian — Sea Captain's Hat.
Pass Guardian 3 — bring Admiral's Hat. Behind Pass Guardian — Water Spellbook.
Arena.
Mages' Coliseum.
Mermaids.
Before the Quest Gates, a one-time event — reminder to buy siege engines.
Quest Gates — bring 10 wood and 10 ore. Attention! The passage is one-time — after use, it cannot be used again due to lack of wood and ore.
After the Gates.
Buoy.
Pandora for 12 thousand experience.
Two level-1 shrines. These shrines are available before taking Pandora (others only after).
Two level-2 shrines.
Two level-3 shrines.
Two level-4 shrines.
4 Scholars.
Sirens.
Magic Well.
Mana Altar.
Excluded spells.
Visions, Summon Ship, Town Portal, Dimension Door, Sink Ship, Cloak, Air View, Earth View, Water Walking.
Excluded secondary skills.
Pathfinding, Logistics, Scouting, Diplomacy, Navigation, Ballistics, Necromancy, Estate Management, Literacy, Learnability.
Excluded heroes.
Sir Mullich (replaced by Lord Haart), Galtran (replaced by Randu) and all campaign heroes.
Excluded artifacts (cannot drop in Warrior Tomb and Shipwreck Survivor).
Angel Alliance, Titan's Rumble, Armor of the Damned, Ogre's Iron Fist, Armageddon's Blade, Water Spellbook, Angel Wings, Power of the Dragon Father, Boots of Levitation, Dream Keeper, Admiral's Hat, Elixir of Life.
Water Spellbook is available only behind the Pass Guardian.
After both players complete their turn, they are transported to a random battlefield: ship battle or a battlefield with properties (all 12 available battlefields with modifiers are used, including Magic Plains and Cursed Land).
Battlefields — Ship Battle and Crystal Ponds have double the drop chance compared to other fields.
The winner of the battle wins the game. Battle limit is 50 rounds.
Recommendations.
Form a skeleton stack via Skeleton Converter (first visit all Refugee Camps to assess the feasibility of this).
Don't forget to visit all available objects before the Quest Gates.
After paying for the Quest Gates — movement only forward: moving backward will make re-entry impossible due to lack of resources.
Take level-1 shrines first, only then Pandora (to increase awareness of the Magic skill choice if offered).
When visiting Sirens, 30% of creatures die in your hero's stacks containing more than one monster. If there are no such stacks, nothing happens. The hero receives one unit of experience for each unit of health of the dead creatures.
Don't forget to visit the Magic Well.
The Mana Altar allows exchanging any creatures for extra mana — it should be visited if necessary strictly after the Magic Well (otherwise extra mana will be lost). Heroes can sacrifice creatures for mana up to four times the standard maximum. Each sacrificed creature gives AI Value/80 mana.
Regulations for side-tournament "Skillundra!"
Buy-in — 3k rub.
Format — Full Double Elimination. Single elimination with lower bracket and Grand Final.
Upper bracket games BO5.
Upper bracket final BO7.
Lower bracket games BO3.
Lower bracket final BO5.
Grand Final — BO7 with a one-point advantage for the upper bracket winner.
Color is determined by a coin toss.
After each game — Players swap colors.
Castle and Starting Hero — random.
Starting bonus — Artifact (others make no sense).
Difficulty — 200% (Event resets all resources at the start of the turn).
Simultaneous turn — yes.
Classic timer — 8 minutes.
At the start of the turn, Red makes a save.
The winner of the battle (including if only summoned Elementals survived) wins the game.
If a winner cannot be determined within 50 rounds (stalemate situation — inability to catch up, Cloth vs Cloth, Armageddon and other mass damage spells destroying all units on the battlefield on both sides, etc.) — a draw is recorded. There is a bug we hope will be fixed: if everyone dies during Armageddon (and similar), but one player has a siege engine left, the battle grants victory to that player — in this case, we record a draw.
A stalemate situation may be recorded by the judge before the 50 rounds expire (the 50-round limit is at the map specification level). In the next generation, two points are played for the win in this case.
In case of disputed situations — the decision remains with the judge.
If the tournament lasts until late at night — a pause is possible and the tournament will be completed the next day.
Prizes depending on the number of participants.
3 places - 20/30/50%.
4 places - 10/20/30/40%.
