We want to play with friends, three of us. Can you suggest the best way to position the starting locations of the heroes so that everyone has equal conditions and is equally far from each other? (We're talking about a full random map).
Good afternoon.
There are two options:
1) Assign players to Blue, Green, and Yellow. However, there are some nuances. Blue and Green have grassy territories, while Yellow has a desert. There will be no penalty for the main heroes due to the terrain, as there are green boots near each castle, but secondary heroes of Yellow will receive a movement penalty if the desert is not their native territory. However, Yellow has a richer territory in terms of resources.
2) Assign players to Red, Orange, and Turquoise. Red has the Inferno land, Orange has the taiga, and Turquoise has the Necropolis land. In all cases, there is a 25% movement penalty for secondary heroes if the land is not native to the faction.
In both options, everyone will be equidistant from each other.
