In the previous comment, I did the same thing.
There are several versions of mods for all campaigns, and the fix needs to be made in such a way that it is compatible with all other mods and does not affect the game, in this case, the Tribes of the East. It is not an option to modify the mod. In fact, this red glow is insignificant (compared to what has already been fixed). Perhaps other bugs will appear and be fixed later.
