What should be added to the top five from the previous installments?

I would like to see more descriptive text when interacting with various objects like fountains, banners, schools, etc., similar to how it was done in Heroes of Might and Magic III and IV. Right now, it's just a simple parameter increase, and that's it. It's boring and lacks atmosphere.
