Undead summoning table.

Interesting, I was just boosting morale for the sheer effort the author put in. I see that the level-up table was made with care – the icon background and arrows were taken directly from the game; I assume the author couldn't find a background of the right size (sorry if I'm wrong). Well, I'll share what I found, plus a page from the spellbook; in theory, it could be used too.
