I think Hamachi has nothing to do with it. If the game was installed correctly, there shouldn't be any problems with it. Usually, when playing online, players have incorrect information about the number of players. To fix this, in a random game, you need to click on the random game options, then on the number of players (1, 2, 3, 4, for example), then set the desired number, and go back to choosing the faction.
