Mod requests (orders).

Hello. Could you tell me if there is a mod for version 3.1 that adds a city portal, allowing you to choose the desired city for teleportation? I found this mod in the list of mods for MMH 5.5, copied it to my mods folder, and now the game says that I can find a city where I can learn the "Improved City Portal" spell.
