Regarding the rules, nothing is clear yet, but I think that if we choose the game version .by, we will choose the rules as well:)
1 - The tournament will be held on fixed maps (standard TE maps)
2 - Difficulty 200%
3 - Time limit - 1800 + 300
I think these are the three fundamental points. If everyone agrees, I can start working on the tournament post.
