For example, I already said that I only use lords like this... by the middle of the game, I level them up in nobility using experience stones, trees, and sphinxes (I don't remember what they're called, the ones that give experience for 500 points each time) and then I put them in castles as governors.

And about rogues... here's a situation: if at the beginning there are only troops of the first level, then a little further away, the second level, and even further, the third... and so on, a rogue levels up and reaches the middle of the map, where he levels up to the 5th level on dragons, and so on :) and then comes a second hero who levels up normally :)
It's like with necromancy... if there are only peasants around the castle... :)
