I don't know how to extract from mobile games; almost everything can be extracted using Ninja Ripper, but only if the game is launched on a PC... But even with it, there can be glitches. For example, weapons cannot be extracted from the game Lord of the Rings: War in the North, and textures sometimes glitch, but textures can be extracted using another ripper.
