In Soulcalibur, the beauty is questionable, even by anime standards. Because it's a 3D anime that doesn't look very high quality (unless you're talking about the breasts, of course). As for Street Fighter and Tekken... well, maybe in the past, but now everyone is so muscular that it's hard to say. If you're a fan, then I guess yes). Although there are some normal-looking female characters. But it's more a matter of me not playing them and therefore not being familiar with them.
In Mortal Kombat, the quality is better, in my opinion. But there's not much cuteness, especially recently (the last one I liked was Jade from 11). But still, in a comparative analysis, you can sometimes see something pleasant. For example, Sub-Zero in previous parts wasn't very appealing, maybe because of his beard and age, but now they've made him younger, and against the others, he looks pleasant (for a Chinese person).
